Our food truck started as a passion project between my wife, Gayle & I who wanted to share with you, our love of Hawaiian-Maui Style food I grew up with while growing up on the Valley Isle of Maui, Hawaii. We started small, cooking up dishes in our home and catering for family events and friends. As our popularity grew, we decided to take the leap and start our own food truck business in 2017! By 2021, we began to open up a restaurant in Baltimore, OH. Unfortuntely, we closed the brick & mortar in October 2024 which gave us more family time and the freedom to create our own food truck schedule! We now offer our food and services, catering small or large events, fund raisers, corporate functions to private events!
